2. Survive Together

Part 2: Survive (Unite and Prepare)

Author’s Note: The below content still needs more processing/editing, especially toward the end of this page.   Perhaps it needs a lot more added and a few things omitted. Help me think through this, please.  The central points, I feel, are potentially inspired to be life-saving.

In somewhat of a rushed effort to get my unfinished content up on these web pages so others can get an idea of what I’m trying to condense down to the essential finer points, and also to omit mystical and religious references, some of the content below is very raw, personal, that which I received in communion either with God and/or Nature.

Joseph Prepared

In the book of Genesis, chapter 41, we learn of a time in ancient human history when there was a great famine.  This famine lasted 7 years and would have most likely killed everybody if it weren’t for God giving a “heads up” through a dream to the king of Egypt and then the interpretation of the dream to an Israeli man named Joseph.

“For seven years there were big harvests of grain. Joseph collected and stored up the extra grain in the cities of Egypt near the fields where it was harvested. In fact, there was so much grain that they stopped keeping record, because it was like counting the grains of sand along the beach.   Egypt’s seven years of plenty came to an end, and the seven years of famine began, just as Joseph had said. There was not enough food in other countries, but all over Egypt there was plenty. When the famine finally struck Egypt, the people asked the king for food, but he said, “Go to Joseph and do what he tells you to do.”  The famine became bad everywhere in Egypt, so Joseph opened the storehouses and sold the grain to the Egyptians. People from all over the world came to Egypt, because the famine was severe in their countries.”

joseph, story of

Joseph helped interpret the dreams of the ruler of ancient Egypt to understand a 7 year famine was on its way and the only way to survive it was to start storing grain and water for the years they had before the drought hit.  Egypt did that very thing, and most of the known world perished from hunger and thirst when the famine came and endured across the world while Egyptians were able to survive (along with a few foreigners who were able to travel to Egypt and buy supplies from them)

joseph’s calling: gather, store, distribute

Gather, Store and Distribute. Help people be productive.  Joseph’s Calling is not just about storing grain then passing it out, but to help empower people everywhere to do something productive with their lives,  something personally rewarding, ideally something that also contributes in some way, to others in human society.

Joseph prepared but we have not

Joseph prepared, but so far, we have not!

We are living in Joseph’s times. Joseph prepared.  So far, we have not, neither are we attached to a group who has.

I perceive an approaching imminent Global Famine

It has become so well-formed in my mind after years of research, observation and careful thinking that there is only one solution to the problem of a very soon mass extinction (including us humans, this time) from the famine that is sure to result from the trajectory of climate change we are presently on.

Even if drinking water were still to be available in our near future, plants and trees have limited temperatures ranges they can grow in:  They grow where they grow on our earth very much in part because of the exact temperature range otherwise known as just “climate”  the region they are growing in gives them.

This is what the smart folks are saying to the rest of us, right now:

“Listen, human beings everywhere: We have to stop spraying our fossil fuel smoke up into our skies.”

There is no real debate about this within our International scientific community:  There is an overwhelming and certain evidence that we are causing the heating of our planet with our smoke.  This scientific awareness has been around for more than a century, but the sharing of this knowledge has been actively prohibited by those who would lose from slowing production–whether that be oil, coal, or any business in the world that relies on machines and transportation–that’s a lot of motivators to keep pushing the denial smokescreen dial as they have been for so long.

The solution to saving our world in this present moment in history is a measured and fair Fossil Fuel Phase Out.

We need to slow down

We have to find a way to grow our crops and feed our people and tune things way, way, way down

Our consumption way down, our making money way down, everything needs to go down

We need to slow down.  We need to look for survival, storing up food for the future.

We need to be about food—really—and water, in a big way.

HLIS (harmonized language international symposium) can help with distribution

This is the new “world stage” that calls to me, because those warehouses I would fill with survivable future resources like food and water, in truth, need to start going up all over our planet, wherever there are civilizations of people, and I kinda think we have to save enough food and water for other critters and plants as well: all of this has to be carried out with the highest level of precision and intentionality, while there is still time to communicate and interact with one another.

Call to action may include suffering

That there may be a call to action that could include some suffering

charting a path forward

Employing and tapping into our world’s best minds to focus on humanity’s best path forward in the midst of not only climate change but probably famine, at some point, before the earth has a chance to respond to our efforts to tip the balance of nature back to normal, healthy, growing and thriving Earth and Nature upon Earth.

collateral damage minimized

We’ll make sure that collateral damage is minimized across all lands and all people.

current storehouses & water sources

This will include finding out all the currently (already) available emergency storehouses and reservoir water supplies that are ready to go from existing public and private works..

and becoming very clear and logistical in making sure all the people can be in line of concrete relief – especially wherever possible – a very organized species who cares for their own, meaning all of us, bar none.

This includes everybody as it must, including prisoners and people living in other institutions, hospitals, nursery homes, assisted living, homeless shelters.  No one left behind.  We pull together.

The wealthy must join in as soon as possible and support this work and support the gathering of grains and seeds and whatever is smart to store for any possibility (and unfortunately, projected probability) of what we might be soon facing.

So we join together to inform each other, to hear each other, to access supplies and demands, to strategize how to help the maximum number of people, distribute resources fairly.

If we commit to the Earth and to each other as humans in this together, we must send resources where they are needed, prioritize production for the things which become necessary as we proceed our work together.

equal workload & resources

protecting and providing for ourselves and each other systematically, transparently, with equal workload and resources for and from all.

everybody does their part

Everybody does their part to the best of each person’s ability. Everybody eats; everybody drinks

everyone does their part to the best of their ability

Famine food distribution

World famine means world hunger.  There’s a lot of hunger coming up and there will still be places where food is being grown.

food and water tomorrow

Move cohesively together in order that we may survive and have food and water tomorrow help each other survive.

A secondary and perhaps ultimately most important effect of raising up such a symposium is the opportunity for us to help each other survive.

Patience, grasshoppers!

Even if we start working together to restore the climate, we still have to deal with a damaged climate until it has had the opportunity to return to it’s homeostasis.  It’s likely that difficult times lay ahead for all of humanity before all is restored and things are back to normal with the rains and temperatures.

if I had a million bucks

If I had a million bucks, right now, one thing I would do is buy a few warehouses and fortify them well.

I would fill them with the kinds of foods and water that would last for years to come.

Reach All Who Are In Need

There are a definite subset of the global human population who are dependent, many whom are desperate: the homeless, both war and climate change displaced refugees, elderly orphaned, handicapped.  The starving, thirsty, shivering and under-clothed, prisoners, and hospital-bound people.

Humanity’s greatest bad karma is that we would allow any member of our human society to go without shelter, food and water, or deny essential, life-critical medical care to anyone.

If we come together and truly coordinate ourselves, we can raise the standard on this, making sure that each of these people and groups of people are found, identified and supported.

no human left behind

I believe that even if we proceed with my plan (or any plan) we will still need to incorporate in our planning fairness and world accountability in helping climate change refugees from countries like Bangladesh who will have to escape before they go underwater.

Perhaps we can’t save them all, but there must be a new global generosity of heart for all victims of climate change’s sea rise, people fleeing lands where food can no longer grow: they must not be turned away.

Somehow the world must agree to turn from the shame of our past abandonment of starving people and work together to fairly distribute food, as the current world economy may be in drastic flux as the events of our climate change process will continue to unfold until we can turn it around.

personal pre-paredness

If I can recruit you to be proactively concerned and productively preparing,

In the event that your future safety and survival might benefit from this, I will be truly grateful!

I recommend you have no less than 10 gallons, more if you’re able to, this “blue gold” would likely literally save your lives if the flow of fresh drinking water were to be interrupted, either by earthquake, flood, war or famine.

All that you and your family (or house/room mates) have plenty of just in case food and supplies on hand, that you elevate your thoughts beyond the norm and into the areas of contingency plans for future survival

population vs. resources

Realize that the Earth’s resources have become limited.  Currently we’re consuming so much, so fast, the earth is not getting the change to replenish itself.

I recognize that we are in the midst of a very sudden population explosion which is dangerous for every living being on the planet we are on, including our own species, due to the limited resources available on Earth, a ratio divide which I reckon will widen suddenly and drastically, at some point.

human population resources statistics

People!  Statistics now!

Wept.tv: This is truly important.  The population spike (recent) is extremely important and it must be accounted for. It must be acknowledged.  It must be part of the logic of waking up to reality as the numbers of people that were here today and how many were here yesterday and the day before–that is one of the first things that I’d like us to start tracking, intelligently monitoring it with databases, spreadsheets, charts, updated daily, if need be, so that everyone is informed.

This is not too much to ask of ourselves to do.   It’s very simple.

We will just going to get our information of our climate over the years, and we’re going to start displaying that.

I would process much of this in FileMaker Pro, a database software program I am trained and certified as a developer.  As more people work on this together, perhaps more or better solutions will be implemented.

Soon, my hope and goal is that wept.tv will be displaying information about what’s going on in our world.  based on the acknowledgement that there are many scotomas (a word that describes the phrase “if it were a snake, it would have bit you”, or in other words, things we look at but don’t see) on many different levels that are all leading to the same conclusion, to turn one’s eyes away:  “We must look away from the reality of the glaciers melting and what exactly is going to happen to us.”

But Divine Reality says, “You must put a pause button on these fossil fuel driven governments and corporations–the powers that be, and even religious institutions in many cases.

We have to look at what’s real.  We have to talk to our scientists:  What do we need to do?

And this has to happen ASAP.

prepare for future food and water shortages

Based on current weather trends with rapidly increasing severe and prolonged droughts, near future famines are already beginning and are projected to spread.

I suggest we start storing up resources such as food and water now.  I suggest we do it in a fair, systematic way which can only be achieved with a fair and secure global communications network, one owned by the people, for the people.

prepare for worst in order to survive

We need to help others to come to the same conclusion that we have: the need to prepare for the worst in order that we may survive

prepare for pending drought now

“Fast” because of water supply—the way that water works:

It has to be cold:  It has to snow.  It has to pack, and it has to melt.  This is the main way we get our water, all across the world.

This is where fresh water comes from.

Rain too!

Rain is no under great threat due to the rapid deforestation of our world’s rain forests, something Earth needs in order to send us nourishing, life-giving rains, not just floods in some places, growing arid deserts everywhere else.

Rain capture.

Rain capture is very important.  We have to start capturing rain and storing it NOW.

We have to distribute it EQUALLY

ALL HANDS ON DECK

When we begin giving Earth a Sabbath: One day a week of none of our smoke, We will all participate, and we will support each other— we’ll find how to support each other.

Prophet Jim Spillman & “Joseph’s Call”

Author’s Note: This is personal and may not make it to my book (or stay on this web page, as it becomes the interactive version all can review, comment and vote on). And yet, it is so central to what makes me tick, why I have great faith that we can come together and overcome the challenges ahead, uniting to help each other survive and to help each other work together to restore the balance of Nature.

I had one other impacting supernatural experience, in the late 1980s, which would plant seeds that have in recent times been manifesting as giant oaks and redwoods on the landscape of my soul, and that was an amazing dream I awoke to on a Sunday morning while still working at that church I mentioned earlier in this email.

A visiting prophet of God was there speaking, probably the most supernaturally-gifted individual I have ever met, named Jim Spillman.  Jim had an amazing gift of calling out things people were secretly struggling with and offering divine counsel from God, and in some cases, supernatural healing, for the people in the congregation who would stand up and say, “that’s me”, after Jim would say something like, “There is someone here who has (such and such going on)…”

In the dream I had awoken from on the same Sunday morning Jim Spillman would be the guest preacher at my church.  My dream was short and simple, but particular powerful in its vividness.

Here’s what transpired in my dream:   Someone handed me the most beautiful coat of many colors.  It felt sacred and holy and mystical, the act of this stranger handing me such a beautiful coat, and the variety of colors.  Such a short dream, and yet so vivid, so real.

That morning church was going well, Fritz Minnick (my music ministry partner) and I led the music as usual, our choir sang, our organist, drummer, flute and trumpet player played the parts I wrote out for them, the pastor introduced the returning guest speaker, Jim Spillman, who shared a short sermon, and half way through his sermon (while us musicians were still sitting in the congregation), Jim said “the Holy Spirit just spoke to me and said that there is a person sitting among us who had a dream where you were handed a gift… it was a coat, yes, he handed you a coat  of many colors, please stand up”

I was shocked, my eyes probably as wide as a gulf ball, that someone could pick up on something like that, as I, of course, hadn’t mentioned my dream to anyone, that I had had earlier that morning before arising to greet that particular Sunday.

As I stood, Jim said “young man please step up here, so I can share the word of the Lord with you.”

And lo and behold, Jim Spillman said the same words I had heard a few nights earlier, while praying under the dark starry sky, but he added to what I had already heard, about being prepared for leadership, and said there was a time approaching the earth as it was in the days of Joseph, the man of God who God used to interpret the dream of the seven skinny cows eating the seven fat cows which the Pharaoh of Egypt had, that it was a message from Heaven that seven years of good weather would preceded seven years of devastating famine from drought.  Pharaoh, being impressed with Joseph, put him in charge of overseeing the storage and inventory of grains and water during the seven years of plenty, so that there would be enough for everyone for the following seven years, which did come to pass, and most of the known world perished from hunger and thirst, while Egypt and those who were lucky enough to be able to travel into Egypt and buy supplies, were able to survive.

Jim Spillman prophesied over me, and said,

“My son, even as I have showed you the dream of the coat of many colors I have been speaking to you regarding your calling and you know and recognize My voice as I speak to you through my prophet, you know My words to be true. Your many talents represent your coat of many colors, and you have only begun to explore them all, and you shall use them all for My glory and for the benefit of My people one day.

But know this, just as Joseph suffered suffering, wrongful prison time and all kinds of hardship and humility before I raised him up to serve Me in Egypt in the days of great famine, even so shall you suffer before you arrive at your time of opportunity to shine and share your coat of many colors.  This suffering is for your character, for your humility, without which you will not be able to be used by Me. So prepare to suffer and never for a moment lose your faith or trust in Me.”

Shortly after that, my life did sort of go to hell, in so many ways.  I have been humbled, with moments of glory and great music or technical accomplishments, but then plunged back down into humiliating times, time and time again.

Gratefully, I now can see a new move of God happening, and this one will be for all of humanity.

And you and I, together, see the threat to food and water security,  In other words, yes, I believe a great famine is fast approaching our blessed tiny blue and green planet, and we’ve got no place to run.

Yeah, you and I can pack up our families if we’re lucky enough to be on the shaper edge of cognizance of our local watersheds and “get the hell out of dodge” and migrate to a place on earth where water still flows and food still grows, but to what glory is it for us to live for ourselves or just our families, if it might be within our power to get the message out to our species, our entire species, that there is a better way than the fast and ultimate destruction of our habitat—he current track we have both inherited and found ourselves clearly upon, together?

Today’s prophets, in my opinion, are the scientists and the biologists,  They are interpreting the message that the Earth itself is sending, and whatever and whoever the creator or creators behind all this beauty is, must be sending the same message to: choose life, preserve life, protect life.

In all the years of humbling and hard times, something good and beautiful has remained intact for me, and that has been the continued evolution of the engineer and the songwriter in me, perhaps especially the engineer: You see, I do see a path forward,  I know for a fact (at least to me–personally—that there is no margin for error)

I live with the clock ticking, not necessarily with the weight of the world on my shoulders, but the very real and personal knowing that I have that we all must do our part.

I have had recent encounters in prayer that suggest that the famine is approaching—and soon.

My level of intensity is not mismatched with the level urgency that my inner clock is synced with.

I don’t want to burden people with bad news or foreboding news without offering at the same time the solution, solutions which I have noted our world’s scientists and other specialists have already laid out for us,  We just need to find a way to get everyone on the same page.

safety from death by thirst

all of us determined to keep everyone near us safe in the future from death by thirst.

safety thru proactive concern, productive prep

If I can recruit you to be proactively concerned and productively preparing, in the event that your future safety and survival might benefit from this, I will be truly grateful if one day you will have taken my thoughts to heart, acted, and survived something otherwise un-survivable, something that might be coming down the pike.

share resources

sharing in all resources at once on this planet together,

short opportunity to be proactive

a short opportunity to be proactive, before we are all in reaction and survival mode.

slow down

It’s time to tune things way, way, way down.  Our consumption way down, our making money way down, everything needs to go down. We need to slow down.

start storing up food

We have to find a way to grow and manage our crops in a way that feeds all of our people.  We need to look for survival,  storing up food for the future.  We need to be about food and water, in a big way,

storehouses of supplies

So I would exert influence and call for support of measured and strategic storehouse of supplies including water and food.

supply stop!

Another supernatural encounter that has shaped my perspective, given me a heads up, sharpened my sense of emergency supplies preparation, has happened in my life is in recent times.

I went into the hallway of our apartment and immediately I felt a presence, like the hallway itself felt like I had entered into “the matrix” or something unusual, not my usual boring apartment hallway.  So I halted right away and looked up.  Before I could ask what was going on, a strong thought entered me (like a divine message)  “Supply Stop,”   Confused, I said “huh?”

“The supply is about to stop, the flow of supplies”

Upon hearing those words (again, in the form of a very strong, pervasive thought which entered my mind as strong as a human voice could be in real life), I had a vision, not a spectacular one like seeing Heaven and angels and mystical symbols like golden candles and all that, but nevertheless a vision, and it was an aerial view looking down on roads that were cracked and impassable.  The voice continued, and perhaps this part is somewhat more personal to me, because I am a software engineer, author, editor, etc and therefore have a ton of personal data on my hard drives, including this content, which has now made it to the web pages of wept.tv.

“Ship one of your two backup drives to your sister in Minnesota,  it’s time you start maintaining off campus copies of your data.  Then replace it right away and step up your vigilance in fault tolerance for your data.  Then go ahead and order a replacement drive, right away.  Don’t wait in responding to this…”

and the message and the supernatural feeling stopped as quickly as it started, like something or someone left the hallway.

Those experiences are rare for me, but I have to admit, I live in a constant state of openness and even seeking such help from our friends on the Other Side, who I believe in as much as I believe in the people I can see hear and touch here on Earth.

My partner and I went to Smart and Final and stocked up on foods (just in case).

We already have and maintain plenty of emergency drinking water, and I continually remind everyone I can to store up their emergency supply of water now.

(I recommend you have no less than 10 gallons, more if you’re able to, this “blue gold” would likely literally save your lives if the flow of fresh drinking water were to be interrupted, either by earthquake, war or famine.)

One of my hopes for bringing a team together as soon as possible is for the ability to include careful data tracking and modeling for objectively projecting factors that could help us predict things coming up and respond proactively ahead of time, including–if need be–migratory things (getting out of dodge before the masses are all running and unable to budge).

I get plenty of inspiration letting me know the clock is ticking on the livability of the area we currently live in,

but those don’t translate to effective team building or sharing with others

because they are subjective in nature and therefore subject to my own imagination,

true or not, I only tend to make a fool of myself when I share such inspirations with others

(like the one I just shared with you).

That is why I want an intelligent team to

diligently and consistently track that types of data

that would help us draw conclusions and take actions

based on objectifiable data modeling.

Jesus once said “he who accepts a prophet in the name of a prophet

will receive that prophet’s reward”

While I don’t claim to be a prophet, I think the types of concerns that are coming to my mind

are potentially prophetic in nature and to the extent that this possibility exists, I hope that if there is any merit to them at all that you and your wife have plenty of just in case food and supplies on hand, that you elevate your thoughts beyond the norm and into the areas of contingency plans for future survival

and possible necessary migratory routes.

I don’t think I am alone in my observations or concerns,

in fact I hear that there are many who are buying up lands and properties in the Midwest and upper Midwest right now.

If I can recruit you to be proactively concerned and productively preparing,

in the event that your future safety and survival might benefit from this, I will be truly grateful if you took my thoughts to heart and survived something otherwise un-survivable, God forbid, that should be coming down the pike.

systematic protection of each other

come together to get to work on protecting and providing for ourselves and each other systematically, systematic provision for each other.

thirst: do you want to die?

Water

You know what thirst is, you know what it will do.

When you begin to experience it and there’s no relief in sight, pretty soon you will not be able to talk, nor swallow.

You know damn well how much you need that water

We all do.  All of us can get thirsty and all of us can die.  Do you want to die?

water conservation now

Water Gather and Store, Waste Not A Drop

People, watch your water!

take a shorter shower

when brushing your teeth

when watering your grass

Think of her, Mother Nature

Capture and Store

Capture and Store fresh water and other supplies needed for pending global drought/famine, then distribute fairly and transparently when the need arises, managed transparently before all, for all.

Survival Preparation for anticipated famine and water shortages: Store Now, Distribute Later: Survival requires unity, unity requires equal treatment for all. World Unity will require all individuals as equals working together, nobody profiting over another, not when it comes to storing up water and food and it’s fair and equal distribution as soon as the famine hits.

about all of us

This is about any of us.  It’s about all of us.  It’s about survival.

can we survive, together?

Can we survive, together?  This is my question.

This revolution isn’t a fanciful idea of some crazy dreamer—it is an appeal of human intelligence to respond to a crisis that currently poses to wipe out all life on earth.  If we don’t come together and act together quickly we will all die.  Simple fact of the matter.

cease from fatalistic thoughts

And for the sake of survival we must cease from fatalistic thoughts like we can’t turn this crisis around.

That’s giving up without a fight.

choose life

I choose life and my quest in life is to help my species choose life. I choose to survive and I am working toward the chance to  work with others who have chosen the same.  To NOT be proactive in these ways is to choose death.  I choose life.

I choose to be part of the solution–with all of its combined solutions—required for survival to be a possibility cfor myself and my fellow homo sapiens, at this particular and unique time, here on Planet Earth.

crave for personal wealth counter-productive

I believe the quest for personal success and wealth is becoming counter-productive for the possibility for life– for all on Earth—to continue. If life for all fails, that includes the individuals who were pursuing their individual wealth while the overall systems that allow our species to survive here on Earth failed.

quality: instructions for survival

Self-annihilation? No. That is not the homo sapiens’ destiny.  Our destiny is to show that we can do better than this!

Our destiny is to put away age-old conflicts and dissolve the very reason for the conflict in the first place by making everybody equal, together.   We have to do this voluntarily.  These are the instructions for survival.

equality: live or die together

If we go down, we go down together.  I have THAT choice: My survival depends on loving you, working with you,

And if we ultimately can’t save the earth or humanity, we can go down with integrity, doing our best to fix our mess while helping others in distress. equality: society’s essential new guiding principle

future resources zapped

Our future resources are going to be zapped, we need to start preparing.

heat

Not too much…Ooops!  Oops!   That’s too much heat coming in,  what’s going on?   Oh, it’s not able to escape!

Oh, it’s our fossil fuels,  THAT’s the problem.   The same amount of heat is hitting us but a lesser amount of heat is escaping.  That’s because  our fossil fuels  have these properties which block the atmosphere’s heat that hits the earth  which should go back up  and escape back out of our planet’s atmosphere but it gets stuck down here.  That’s the problem.

We can fix this problem. And we must, as a matter of fact.

Going “green” is not a political thing.  It was yesterday but not in reality it never has been.  You wanna live?  You will wake up.  You will be required to come together and to work as one.

headed toward extinction

this is extermination time:  all of us die if we let it get that bad And that’s exactly where it’s headed

how do we all survive together?

hlis must be.  This must be done:  The Harmonized Language International Symposium  must be erected:  A concerted effort to connect people across the world in a new way must be done.

Survival Instinct

The instinct for survival is going to become louder and clearer as a need, an intrinsic need to all human beings,

and as people wake up to the danger, they’re going to want a way to solve that problem:

hungry, thirsty planet

Most of us will probably die from thirst, first.  Others will drown or die of hunger.   A warming planet will be a very hungry, thirsty and frightening place to try to hold on, to survive.

if I had children

As somebody who doesn’t have kids, I can say that if I did, I’d imagine I would be twice as convinced, we’ve gotta move quick, folks, all hands on deck.

imperative for our survival

fossil fuel phase down I mention is a quickly approaching imperative for our survival, and that of the rest of life on our planet, all dependent on us.

innate, strong, deep instinct to survive

Our species has an innate, strong, deep instinct to survive and a shared fear of death.  We humans might disagree about religion, politics, what’s fair and not fair, a thousand things we can disagree in and believe differently about.

But we all believe in survival. We have a survival instinct:

THAT must guide us.  That must be activated. But AS it’s being activated, intelligent preparation has to be in place.

ocean life is dying

Right now, we are choking Mother Nature to death with our smoke, literally.  This is starting to kill off the life in our oceans, one reason we are having all these dead fish and whales show up. Don’t wait for every square inch of our beach to be full of dead fish and huge dead whales and sharks and dolphins and tunas.  Don’t wait until all that rotting smell is infesting all our beaches. That’s too late for us.

pay close attention to the trees

That’s why I pay close attention to trees.

They die, we die.  They are hyper-sensitive to climate change.

population – consumption balance

But then when we came along—we, the great pile of human beings who are alive on the Earth today—suddenly,  we needed not a thousand cars, not a hundred thousand cars, but we needed billions of cars, billions.  Because we had 7.5 billion. 50% of those 7.5 billion wanted to drive, or 20%, whatever it is So we have too many people driving, to o many people consuming (consume, consume, consume)

prepare for great awakening

The human instinct for survival will be globally activating

at some point and I want to be with the people who are

working for the possibility of all of us getting on the same page at that point.  Survival.  Air.  We deserve the chance to breathe.

proactive avoidance of self-extinction

We cannot destroy the Habitat.  We cannot continue on the path that we’ve been on It has caused the weather to change.   Already:  The deserts are marching, the oceans are rising If the thirst doesn’t get you, the floods probably will.  We don’t need that!

Coastal townspeople running inland, Inland people are going to say “Whoa!”  And as one who currently lives near the coast, I have to ask the question, “Hey you in-landers, are you going to be there for us coastal townspeople when we come running your way?  Or are we screwed because we live on the Coast? And how long will it be before there’ll be no more option to move away from the coast?  When shall those of us on the coast start moving up? (because the seas will rise even if we get our act together…. Or maybe not.

We must make a concerted effort together as a human species to turn this ship around.

racing toward extinction

We’re racing toward extinction.  We are being passively suicidal in the continued and ever-increasing burning of fossil fuels coupled with our massive amount of population: where we used to get away with –sort of, we really won’t but it seemed like we were)—it was slowly building up

resistance to self-annihilation

this resistance to self-annihilation, this turning of this whole big ship around.

revolution: the path of survival

I see two paths forward for humanity: the path we are on and the path we may take.  Our current path is leading toward climatic destruction and extermination of our species.  The path we may take is global human revolution

This revolution will of necessity be a uniting of humanity, empowering our species to get on the same page at the same time.

shared fear of death

Maybe you and I will get to work together on the solution (if there’s a solution) I think our species has an innate strong deep instinct to survive and a shared fear of death –

sign up for love and survival

I choose to sign up for love and survival and to be with all of you and work with all of you.  Will you make that choice too?

smart enough to survive

We are smart enough to get along if our survival counts on it and it DOES!

stop dismantling the climate

I still think the call from above and all around is for the species guilty of dismantling the climate that we need to survive need to stop doing that and get all hands on deck in fixing what we’ve done.

it’s not that anybody’s wrong:  it’s the way business is done vs. the way things must be done in order for us to survive–literally, all of us, including the rich–we have to come together or we all die

survival awakens the sleepiest

the very nature of survival awakens the sleepiest of us

survival compels me

Though many benefits are imaginable from such a communication feat I’m suggesting, Survival is clearly what compels me. I know we can come together and reverse climate change.

survival instinct speaking

Help us to wake up together and pour our resources where they must be poured. We must survive.  Whatever other plans we were running with, we’ve got to just drop them now because it’s

survival instincts can unite humanity

Humanity can unite, especially when enough people understand their lives are at stake if they don’t come together.

Survival instincts will overcome current barriers for people to listen or attempt to understand the situation, the status quo with most people has been to avoid the subject.

survival over profit

And it must be done in a way where there is a no profit motive—nothing to gain other than life itself, and the ability for it to continue on Planet Earth.

survival time

Suddenly humanity is itching and they’re wanting to do the right thing in order to survive because they don’t want to die when they hear that there is a possibility, there is a hope thatwe can turn this ship around, it is called the “Harmonized Language International Symposium”:

It is an international, open sourced project that we can all come together on.

Our engineers, our programmers, our communication specialists, our translators—we can all come together

on a unified approach to turning this ship around so that we as a species will survive.

Our only possibility for surviving is global unity: I put it out to the Universe:

We all wake up to this, and we all come together and follow good direction.  We do it together, and we coordinate ourselves and make it fair:  We support each other.  Feed each other.  Let each other in borders.  Open our houses.  This is survival time.  survival time, this is

Support and Feed each other.  Make sure one another has water to drink. Let each other in borders.  Open our houses.  This is survival time.

survival’s  checklist

By enacting all efforts to do the right things to survive:

  • to have food and drinking water in our future,
  • take care of each other
  • pause all wars
  • cancel all debts
  • work together, cogently…we intelligently navigate to where we need to be, in order to survive.

thirst

Water. Who doesn’t get thirsty?  Do you know how long the human body can live without water?  3 Days!  And you’ll be sorry that it DID take that long! Don’t be one of those ones who’s last breath will be the burning breath of a parched throat, unable to speak, unable to swallow.

Oh!  What a way to go! we depend on water to survive—three days is all we can live without water

turn this ship around

It’s about bringing our species together in hopes that we as homo sapiens will be graced by our own survival instincts

to recognize the voices of reason that could lead us to turning this ship around before it reaches the falls.

Mission: turn this ship around.  Fast and measured fossil fuel phase out.  Foster good will between all nations and all people, we’re all in this together, the force of unity empowered by the human instinct for survival.

water

The science that has already taught us that we depend on water to survive—three days is all we can live without water—3 days can just as easily verify that our fresh drinking water is made for us by our planet’s climate system that would fail if we continue to heat up our planet and don’t move at once to turn back our hand of change on a climate that needs to remain the same in order for us to continue to live here.   See “THIRST” .

we’ve never tried giving earth chance

We’ve never given the Earth a chance to see if we stopped our smoke one day a week, if we give our earth a chance to catch a breath , if that would give our planet’s climate system enough of a chance to regain it’s resilience, to begin to heal.

work together to achieve global unity

and at the same time immediately work to come together

to achieve global unity as never before imagined because we simply have to in order to survive.

worth fighting for, coming together for

It’s worth fighting for!  It’s worth coming together for. We can do this!

Written in our DNA

In like manner, we all have the ability to come together:  it is written into our DNA, it is written into our genes

Humanity can unite, especially when enough of them understand their lives are at stake if they don’t! Survival instincts will overcome current barriers for people to listen or attempt to understand the situation, the status quo with most people has been to avoid the subject.

An excerpt which has inspired me from “Spiritual Wisdom for a Planet In Peril–Preparing For 2012 And Beyond” by Laura Dunham

Each of us brings to the table a set of perspectives based on our backgrounds, knowledge, experience and belief systems which are only pieces of a whole we can’t see unless we are in conversation with each other.   Approaching truth this way is called “perspectivism”.

When we communicate in ways that overcome separation, our perspectives become broader and deeper, leading to more understanding of the whole, which is truth.  Without this kind of communication and intention to understand, we remain in our narrow constructs and belief systems, which have caused most of the world’s wars and divisions.

Groups more powerful!

Love is exponentially more powerful in groups, as it brings group energies into resonance at a higher level.  That is why we need to learn to work together and form new kinds of communities for the new world we’re co-creating with Universal Spirit and with one another.

Unity and Faith: Yearning for a Peaceful World

We are yearning for a peaceful world with enough for all.

As we reconnect with our Source, the God of our hearts and understanding, no matter what our faith traditions or belief systems, we will no longer see ourselves, our ethnic groups, religions, and nations as separate….

The gifts and talents of each person and the resources of the entire planet must be used only for what is for the highest good of each and every one of us, for all of life and all that sustains life, especially for Mother Earth herself.
