Why WEPT.TV

Wept.tv is in formation by a growing team of committed volunteer web developers who desire to create the possibility for humanity to communicate better, in hopes of harmonizing better, in hopes of accomlishing what we cannot accomplish without global unity and global cohesiveness: reversing climate change… and on the way to that goal, learning to effectively taking care of each other–all people in all places–as we move toward healing the climate which we have thrown off with our overwhelming carbon footprint.

Wept.tv is for all people for the sake of all people.  Our goal is to harmonize the human language divide in an international symposium where one person can speak (or sing) and the rest of the world can all hear in their own, native languages.  Responding from our own language, others will be able to hear our response in their own language.

It is the necessary evolution of the Internet that we seek to help come to the rescue, so to speak, from the conundrum we as a species have worked ourselves into.

We want nothing less than an organized, fair and effective fossil fuel phase out, one that can only happen if we are all able to get on the same page, speak the same language… or have a global team of volunteer programmers, artists, and translators to facilitate this new level of human interaction, for the sake of all of our lives, and the lives of the other living beings who depend on us healing that which has been broken: the climate.
